Fondant Baulois can be kept for 3 weeks at room temperature.

Eggs outdoors, sugar, semi-salted butter , chocolate 20% (sugar, cocoa bean, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), flour wheat (gluten).
