DELIVERY CONDITIONS FOR YOUR FONDANT BAULOIS AND OTHER TRAVEL CAKES
As the name suggests, all our Travel Cakes ( Fondant Baulois ®, Ze Cake ® or Gâteau Nantais ®) can be transported since they can be kept for more than 3 weeks at room temperature .
Two home delivery services have been selected to guarantee you the best delivery times.
- DPD PREDICT for a service within 48 hours in working France - home delivery by appointment (for France only)
- CHRONOPOST for a 24-hour service in France - home delivery before 1 p.m. (for France only) - signature required
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
Shipments are made Monday to Friday before noon. For any orders placed after noon, same-day shipping is not guaranteed. For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, orders will be shipped on Monday (excluding public holidays and depending on available stock).
Please note that Le Fondant Baulois cannot be held responsible for extended delays during holiday periods, particularly at the end of the year or in the event of a long weekend.
Estimated delivery times do not take into account public holidays and peak activity.

DELIVERY TRACKING:
You can track your package at any time on the websites of the carriers DPD , COLISSIMO and CHRONOPOST (Chronofresh offer) via the codes that will be sent to you when you confirm the shipment of your order and via your personal account.
If according to the parcel tracking, you have been delivered but you still have not received anything, you can contact us via the contact file , by e-mail contact@lefondantbaulois.com or by telephone on +33 (0)2 40 61 66 73 ?
DELIVERY MANAGEMENT:
A DPD Predict order delivered to your home within 48 working hours requires an appointment to set the delivery time.
You will receive an SMS from DPD to determine the delivery date and time. You will receive an SMS on the day of delivery to set a shorter time slot. In case of absence, you can reschedule the delivery time.
A CHRONOPOST order delivered to your home within 24 hours (before 1 p.m.) requires the recipient to sign a receipt.
In case of absence, a notice of availability is left in the recipient's mailbox. The recipient will receive an SMS to either reschedule the delivery or collect their package from a collection point specific to Chronofresh shipments. Chronofresh is a specific Chronopost service dedicated to food products allowing transport and delivery while respecting the cold chain.
A COLISSIMO order within 48 hours does not require a signature. The package can be placed in the mailbox if the dimensions allow it. If it is not possible to place the package there, the recipient will have to go to the collection point indicated on the notice of availability.
In the event of the recipient's absence, LE FONDANT BAULOIS, DPD, COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST cannot be held responsible for failure to comply with delivery times.
LE FONDANT BAULOIS cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery.
DPD Predict DELIVERY RATES (within 48 hours) - for France
Delivery costs are FREE for all orders equal to or greater than €50 including tax and placed with DPD. Below €50, the costs depend on the weight and destination of the order (excluding current promotional offers).

REMARKS :
In the event of an error in the delivery details entered when ordering, the package will be returned to LE FONDANT BAULOIS and will not be reshipped.

LA BAULE - LE MARCHÉ CENTRAL--En plein coeur de La Baule, ce marché couvert qui a été créé en 1912 est une institution pour les Baulois et un passage obligé pour les touristes. Vous y trouverez des produits du terroir de qualité dont le vrai Fondant Baulois®, ainsi que les autres gâteaux de voyage confectionnés de façon artisanale dans leur atelier de La Baule.
