Ingredients of Fondant Baulois:
Couverture chocolate (sugar, cocoa bean, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), liquid cream 35% (cream ( milk), emulsifier: lactic esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: carrageenan) , sweetened condensed milk ( whole milk , sugar, defatted lactic solids, fat) , agave syrup, cocoa powder (unsweetened cocoa powder, acidity regulator (potassium carbonates, potassium hydroxide)), fleur de sel.
