Incomparable chocolate cake with such a melting texture, with a taste delicately caramelized and dressed with a thin layer of meringue, the Fondant Baulois ® is an ode to gluttony. Handmade, exclusively from quality ingredients : a large cocoa, fresh eggs, salted butter, flour and cane sugar.
Fondant Baulois can be kept for 3 weeks at room temperature.

Free-range eggs , sugar, semi-salted butter , chocolate 20% (sugar, cocoa bean, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), wheat flour (gluten).
