Chocolate Freshness!!!

A little marvel!! We find the cake we love so much! Its identity, its taste, its unique texture! So far so good, it's the Fondant Baulois. But then this note of mint!!! Honestly it's really successful! We re-re-retested it these days with the heat by putting it in the fridge. Yes I know the fridge is useless since it's a travel cake, but it's 30 degrees and eating this chocolate cake, which remains super soft even with the cold, and there the note of mint!!!... Well listen, you just have to taste it and you'll understand! :D
