Cake traditionnel aux fruits pur beurre, très riche en fruits confits, bigarreaux, zestes d'orange... Un de nos secrets, nous faisons macérer les raisins blonds « sultan » dans le rhum, ce qui diffuse cet arôme si particulier et apprécié mettant en valeur la richesse de nos ingrédients. Disponible en 150g pour la pause déjeuner , il se conservera tout comme le Fondant au minimum 3 à 4 semaines
