Incomparable chocolate cake with such a melting texture, with a taste delicately caramelized and dressed with a thin layer of meringue, the Fondant Baulois ® is an ode to gluttony. Handmade, exclusively from quality ingredients : a large cocoa, fresh eggs, salted butter, flour and cane sugar.
Fondant Baulois can be kept for 3 weeks at room temperature.

Free-range eggs , sugar, semi-salted butter , chocolate 20% (sugar, cocoa bean, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), wheat flour (gluten).

I make a cake like that with my children. Such a price for a pastry like that... I won't be caught out again.
The best fondant snack to date! Yes it's fatty, it's sweet and yes you can smell the chocolate! I haven't tested the delivery, I can just notice that the price is higher on the online store than physical. Now I can understand with the logistics that this involves adding a supplement. I recommend trying, and you will have a pleasant memory of it.
I don't know if we were unlucky... But the fondant was fatty and sweet without a strong chocolate taste.

We are picky and here we found an extra fondant, with or without gluten, the whole family loves it. We had a small problem with one of the products, and we had a very professional person who was able to resolve the small problem. We will definitely continue to order from you. We were unable to match the recipe! Each to their own:-)!
